BPC-157/TB500/GHK-Cu/KPV 80MG is a four-component research peptide blend combining BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV in a single lyophilised preparation. AminoOptimization Group supplies it as a lyophilised research powder in an 80 mg vial, tested to 99% HPLC purity, with a Certificate of Analysis available for the lot supplied. This material is offered strictly for laboratory research use. It is not a drug, and it is not for human or veterinary use.

What is BPC-157/TB500/GHK-Cu/KPV 80MG?

This product combines four structurally unrelated peptides in a single vial: a synthetic pentadecapeptide (BPC-157), a peptide corresponding to the actin-regulating region of thymosin beta-4 (TB-500), a copper-binding tripeptide (GHK-Cu), and a tripeptide fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (KPV). CAS number, molecular formula and molecular weight describe a single defined substance, so none of the three applies to a combination of four separate peptides — the specifications below list each as not applicable for that reason. Each component retains its own structure and its own body of literature within the blend.

BPC-157

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide (Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val) corresponding to a partial sequence identified within a naturally occurring gastric protective protein. Its sequence is reported to remain stable across a wide pH range, a property attributed to resistance against enzymatic degradation in gastric fluid.

TB-500

TB-500 is the name research suppliers use for material corresponding to thymosin beta-4 (Tβ4), a 43-amino-acid protein involved in regulating actin, the structural protein of the cell cytoskeleton. Depending on the supplier, “TB-500” refers either to the full Tβ4 sequence or to the shorter synthetic fragment spanning its actin-binding domain; published work attributes actin-regulating activity primarily to this shorter region.

GHK-Cu

GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (GHK), a sequence first identified in human plasma. GHK binds copper ions with high affinity, and it is this tripeptide-copper complex, rather than the uncomplexed peptide, that appears in most published work, since chelation is reported to alter both stability and interaction with copper-dependent biological pathways.

KPV

KPV is a tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) corresponding to the three C-terminal residues of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). Literature on this fragment focuses on activity reported to be independent of the melanocortin receptor binding responsible for α-MSH’s pigmentation-related effects, distinct from its parent hormone.

Research context

BPC-157 and TB-500 are frequently examined together in tissue-model research: BPC-157 in relation to angiogenesis-associated signalling, including VEGFR2 pathway activity, in epithelial cell models, and TB-500 in relation to actin dynamics and cell migration in vitro. Their combined use in a single study design is reported in the literature as a means of probing whether the two mechanisms act additively.

GHK-Cu appears in published work on copper-dependent biology, including studies of gene expression regulation and extracellular matrix components in dermal cell and tissue models. KPV is examined in inflammatory signalling models, particularly NF-κB pathway activity in isolated cell systems, independent of the melanocortin receptor pathway associated with its parent hormone.

None of this literature establishes safety or efficacy for use in humans. It is provided as research context only.

Reconstitution

Lyophilised peptide requires reconstitution with a suitable sterile diluent before use in solution. Bacteriostatic water is the diluent most commonly specified for multi-use laboratory preparations; sterile water is typical for single-use work.

Direct the diluent stream against the inner wall of the vial rather than onto the powder itself, and allow the material to dissolve without agitation. Peptides are susceptible to shear stress — do not shake the vial. Swirl gently if needed.

Working concentration is a function of how much diluent is added to a given vial mass. Our peptide reconstitution calculator computes the resulting concentration for any combination of vial size and diluent volume.

Storage and stability

Before reconstitution: store the sealed vial in a freezer at -20 °C, protected from light. Lyophilised peptide blends are comparatively stable in this state. Brief excursions to ambient temperature during shipping are normal and are not expected to compromise a properly lyophilised product.

After reconstitution: refrigerate at 2–8 °C and protect from light. Reconstituted peptide in solution is materially less stable than the dry powder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — aliquot instead if repeated sampling is required.

Inspect solutions before use. A faint blue tint is expected once GHK-Cu is in solution, given its copper content; this differs from cloudiness or visible particulate, which are not normal and indicate the material should not be relied upon for quantitative work.

Certificate of Analysis

Every lot is tested by high-performance liquid chromatography, and the purity figure shown above refers to analytical results for the specific lot supplied, not to a generic specification. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request, including before purchase if your protocol requires it.

Purity by HPLC describes the proportion of each target peptide relative to detectable related substances at the point of manufacture. It is expressly not a representation that the material is suitable for any use in humans or animals.

Handling and safety

Handle in accordance with good laboratory practice. Use appropriate personal protective equipment, work in a suitable containment environment, and dispose of material and consumables according to your institution’s requirements and applicable local regulation. This material is not for human or veterinary use.

Frequently asked questions

What peptides are included in BPC-157/TB500/GHK-Cu/KPV 80MG?

This product combines four peptides in one vial: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV. Each is a distinct compound with its own structure and its own body of literature; they are combined here as a single research preparation, not as a single molecule.

Why are the CAS number, molecular formula and molecular weight listed as N/A?

These identifiers each describe a single defined chemical substance. Because this product is a combination of four separate peptides rather than one compound, no single CAS number, formula or molecular weight applies to it as a whole.

Is BPC-157/TB500/GHK-Cu/KPV 80MG approved in Canada?

No. None of the components in this blend has been evaluated or authorised by Health Canada, the FDA, or any comparable regulatory authority. This product carries no DIN or NPN, its safety and efficacy for human use have not been assessed, and it is supplied for laboratory research only.

How much diluent should be used to reconstitute this blend?

That depends on the working concentration your protocol requires. Use the reconstitution calculator to work out the resulting concentration for your vial size.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis for this product?

Yes — lot-specific, available on request, including before purchase.
